The Root of Evil
"Take up arms and root out all who worship the Being From Beyond. Unchecked, they will bring about our end. Seek out your constables, bring proof of a cults demise, and you shall be rewarded.
In the small hamlet of Rein in Pala-Lum dark dreams spread like a plague. Farmers talk of seeing bonfires and hearing strange noises coming from the woods to the north. When children of the hamlet started to go missing, the town begins to pressure Constable Byorl to put together a group to deal with the threat. Could these be members of the cult Solar-Vivo spoke of? If so, what could the reward be?
Monks of Talmorhan
Several self-proclaimed New Gods have gained power within the decades. And none stronger than Talmorhan, God of the Broken. Word has spread that he seeks to uplift the Abyssal Touched, breaking their chains so that they may take their place among the noble races.
Recently Talmorhan monks have become emboldened and have began traveling the Domains, preaching and converting any that would listen to their new faith. They perform acts of faith, miracles, and claim they are granted by Talmorhan himself.
Do you support these New Gods? Or is it heresy and these New Gods are simply heretics that must be dealt with?
Weep for Solar-Malseren
A ruler has been killed. No one is certain how a Solar, an aspect of Palaghast himself, could be killed. Rumors and accusations fly around the world. The New Gods banded together and waged war upon the capital city Gale, wielding evil magic granted by the Being From Beyond.
No, a massive force of Demons and Devils teleported into the throne room and slew the ruler.
Whatever the truth, the New Gods have taken root in the Domain, gathering more and more followers. But the skies have darkened and claims of Devils and Demons appearing on the shores and crags of the Domain circulate every tavern and inn.
With Malseren gone, can the Abyssal Horde now invade unaided? What really happened to a being of such great power and influence? Can he ever come back?
The End of War
Pala-Lukton has been severed from the other Domains; its Astral Bridge cut. Solar-Lukton was the most outspoken of Solar-Vivo's claims as the Supreme Solar. It was Lukton's belief that all the Solars were equal, having been the last creation of Palaghast.
Tensions mounted until the day the bridge was discovered to be severed. Solar-Lum was quick to denounce Vivo, claiming it to be an act of war, akin to severing one's own arm. Vivo's supporters, Solar-Arabar and Solar-Iluz were quick defend the Solar of Life. All three deny any involvement, and say that Lukton himself separated from the eight. Or perhaps the Being From Beyond has begun to stir once more.
Who destroyed the bridge? Can it be repaired? Is there a way to get to Pala-Lukton? Perhaps the answers lay there…
